Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions and billing
Oswego plans are billed monthly in advance, per business. Any one-time setup fee is charged once, at the time of purchase. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — from your dashboard or by emailing hello@oswego.io. When you cancel, your agents and service stay active through the end of the current billing period, then stop. You won't be charged again after the current period.

Refunds
Subscription and setup fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Because plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment, we don't prorate or refund partial billing periods — cancelling simply stops all future charges while you keep service through the period you've already paid for.

Free audit
The AI Visibility Auditor is free and takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund for it.

Pricing changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Any change applies to billing periods after the notice; it never retroactively charges a period you've already paid for.

Billing errors
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at hello@oswego.io and we'll review and correct it.
